Lunch at Oya

One Friday afternoon in August I had a free afternoon and was finally able to drop by Oya to try out their 3 course lunch prix fixe menu.

First off, I was utterly delighted in the décor of the place. It is clean, white, sparkly, elegant, fun, & fabulous.

With so many good things to choose from on the prix fixe menu I kept going back and forth, as I am sure most items were equally delicious. I love spicy/crunchy rolls, so for my first course I went with the spicy crunchy salmon sushi roll. It was fresh, light, and delicious.

For my second course I selected the spicy tuna rice bowl. It was a beautiful display of spice tuna and avocado on a small bed of rice. This course was worth the visit alone.

For my dessert I opted for the ice cream trio of the day: rum raisin, cherry chocolate chip, strawberry white chocolate. All three were sweet and savory. A great way to end a fabulous meal.

This is a great place for anything for anything from a lunch date with yourself to an all out dinner with friends.
