Lunch or Dinner at Four Sisters

Four Sisters, hmmm… three words: love their food.  Four Sisters is a Vietnamese restaurant that used to be located in the Eden Center near Seven Corners, but now has a home beside the Merrifield Mosaic District.

I have never been to Four Sister’s and it not be busy, even if we drop by for a snack around 3:00 PM, the place is almost packed.  This is a testament to the food.

They have a lengthy list of food items, which are all numbered, but it is easier just to point and order the food by name as I do not think the wait staff actually uses the numbers to input your order.

Some of mine favorites include their pho:

Their shrimp wonton soup:

And my absolute favorite is their crispy vegetarian spring rolls… roll one of the halves in a lettuce leaf, dip it in their soy sauce mixture, and wow, your taste buds will love you.

Another tip, if you are going at night or on the weekends, definitely call ahead and get reservations unless you are good to wait an hour plus.  Or I typically try to snag a seat at the bar.
